Trolly ~ China Town

For Karlee's Senior trip we went to San Francisco. We went after the second weekend in June, after Dexter was blessed. It worked out perfect to leave the boys with McKinzie while we were gone. We had a wonderful time! We had a couple tours already scheduled with a few days free to do whatever we wanted.

On the train headed out to our rental.

I didn't want to stay in the big city so I found a place that people rent about 20-30 out of the hustle and bustle. I really liked it. It was very peaceful in the mornings when we walked to the bus. Then again at night. Although we found out everywhere we walked it was up hill.

Headed to our bus in the AM. Beautiful!!

On the first day we chose to go to Chinatown and  ride a trolly!

We ate amazing Dim Sum in Chinatown. Karlee's first time trying it and she loved it! After lunch, down a quiet alley,  we found a shop where they make fortune cookies. It was fun to watch them make them. We bought fresh ones and they were so good.

It made me laugh that they had "adult" fortune cookies. LOL

I love the lanterns hanging over the streets.
